ZRS2768 - The 19" 27U RACK cabinet is a professional, fully assembled floor-standing solution designed to house CCTV, access control, alarm, RTV and LAN network systems. It offers external dimensions of 600 x 1388 x 800 mm and a useful mounting depth of 560 mm , with a robust SPCC cold-rolled steel structure and a 5 mm tempered glass front door. It supports a static load of up to 1000 kg with leveling feet and has adjustable front and rear RACK guides. Ventilation is facilitated by dedicated openings and the provision for up to 3 RAWP fan units , while the upper and lower channels facilitate wiring. ✅ Static load :
The Pulsar ZRS2768 19" RACK cabinet supports a maximum static load of 1000 kg when placed on the leveling feet , offering high support capacity for network equipment, video surveillance and professional systems installed in the rack.
✅ Structure:
The construction uses SPCC cold rolled steel , with a 1.2mm welded frame , 2mm RACK guides and 1.5mm horizontal guides; it integrates a 5mm tempered glass front door , removable side panels and rear door in steel, with a RAL 9004 finish.
✅ Ventilation:
 Thermal management is aided by ventilation holes on the front door and on the top and bottom panels; the top panel is also designed to accommodate up to 3 RAWP fan units , improving air exchange for the housed equipment.
✅ Mobility :
The cabinet is supplied with 4 brakeless castors , which facilitate movement during installation and maintenance, and 4 levelling feet which allow the RACK to be stabilised and correctly positioned once placed in its final location.
